Hello! My name is Elyse and I am a Policy Coordinator at Missouri Coalition for the Environment (MCE). Before joining MCE, I organized with friends and neighbors towards energy democracy for the St. Louis area. I was also a research assistant at the Saint Louis Art Museum, where I wrote about ecological memory in the art of Sub-Saharan Africa. I enjoy birding in St. Louis’ many parks, playing board games, and wrangling three cats and a dog with my wife.
