Lauryn Hudson is a Public Health Analyst at RTI International with previous professional experience in higher education and college access. Although Lauryn currently resides in Raleigh, NC, she is originally from Los Angeles, CA, and lived in New Orleans, LA for seven years where she received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health in 2021 and a Master of Public Health in 2024 from Tulane University. Lauryn is passionate about eliminating health and societal inequities and leaving a positive impact on the community that she lives and works in. Although she has limited experience working within environmental justice and climate injustice spaces, Lauryn is excited by the opportunity to participate in the Climate Justice Fellowship and to learn how to incorporate this field into her future career and education. Lauryn aspires to work as a monitoring and evaluation specialist for public health programs and hopes this fellowship will allow her to expand her knowledge and gain her skills.
