Lizbeth García Conde (she/her) is a dynamic professional with an M.A. in International Affairs & Public Policy from Nankai University (南开大学) in China and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico. Committed to community development and empowerment, she has built a career advancing impactful initiatives within the nonprofit sector.
She has held pivotal roles at organizations such as All Hands & Hearts, El Estuario de la Bahía de San Juan, and Fundación Borincana, contributing to disaster recovery, community resilience, and renewable energy efforts across Puerto Rico and the U.S.
At the Environmental Protection Network (EPN), Lizbeth leads the organization’s efforts in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She has built a network of over 300 organizations and frontline communities across the region. Through strategic partnerships and tailored support, she connects communities with funding, expert guidance, and long-term resources to drive environmental, energy, and public health initiatives.
Lizbeth resides in Puerto Rico, where she finds joy in nature, dancing with no rhythm, and exploring various culinary delights as a proud foodie.
