Dr. Wilson Co-authors Report on Using Mapping Tools for Climate Justice

Check out the new white paper co-authored by Dr. Sacoby Wilson and Jessica Arriens and Sara Schlesinger from NWF called Environmental Justice Mapping Tools: Use and Potential in Policy Making to Address Climate Change.

In the NWF article describing the paper, Dr. Wilson explains, “More frequent and intense heat waves, worsening levels of air pollution, and severe flooding from climate-fueled storms are devastating for any community, but they can be especially detrimental when a community is already experiencing social, economic, and environmental stressors, and when a community has less voice and power in the political process.”
